Cleaning Services Policy
1. Booking and Scheduling Policy
All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance. Booking requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved by Doublecrown Cleaning Services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate service details, property access instructions, and contact information.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods including Zelle, cash, debit cards, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.
- One-Time Services: A deposit of $50 or up is required to secure your booking depending on the service. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning.
- Recurring Services: Invoices are issued [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] on [Day of week/month]. Payment is due the same days of the invoice date issued.
We proudly accept the following payment methods:
- Zelle, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex)

Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to a late fee of $50 or up depending on the service. And the total balance per [day/week] the balance remains unpaid. If payment is outstanding for more than [2] days, services will be suspended until the balance is cleared.
We understand that schedules change. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please notify us at least [24] hours before the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations made within [12hr] hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
- If our cleaners arrive at your property and are unable to access it (lockouts), a lockout fee of $50 will be charged.
In the event of a declined payment or returned check, a fee of $[Amount] will be added to your account. We reserve the right to seek legal recourse or use a collection agency for unpaid invoices after [#] days.
4. Access to Property Policy
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property. If our team is unable to enter the premises at the scheduled time, a lockout fee or full-service charge may apply. Clients are responsible for providing any necessary access codes, keys, or instructions.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify Doublecrown Cleaning Services within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and may provide a corrective cleaning when appropriate.
6. Safety and Health Policy
Our staff follows industry-standard safety practices and uses professional cleaning procedures. Clients must inform us of any known hazards, including unsafe conditions, biohazards, pest infestations, or dangerous materials before service begins.
7. Property Damage and Liability Policy
Doublecrown Cleaning Services exercises reasonable care while providing services. Any claims regarding damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures and furnishings.
8. Employee Conduct and Non-Solicitation Policy
Our employees are trained professionals and are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times. Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit our employees for private work during service and for a period of 12 months following the last service date.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
Doublecrown Cleaning Services respects client privacy. Any personal, business, or property information obtained during service will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
10. Service Scope and Exclusions Policy
Services provided are limited to those listed in the approved service agreement or estimate. The company reserves the right to decline services involving hazardous materials, excessive clutter, hoarding situations, biohazards, illegal substances, pest removal, or other tasks outside the agreed scope of work.
Additional Terms
Doublecrown Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will be made available to clients upon request and may be posted on the company website.
By scheduling and receiving services from Doublecrown Cleaning Services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
